Art@The Chesley Branch Library


FAYE DAWE is exhibiting watercolours and acrylics in her show, THE PLEASURE OF PAINTING, at the Chesley Branch Library.

About the artist: Faye Dawe of Markdale paints in watercolour, acrylic, oil and chalk pastel. Since she began painting in May 2001 she has exhibited in many shows in this area, including the Walkerton Juried Show for the last 3 years and, most recently, the Saugeen Artists' Show and Sale in Hanover, July 26 – 28, 2007. Faye comes to Chesley regularly for art purposes. She has displayed her paintings at Scooter’s Restaurant during Artspots for the last three years, and is a regular attendee of the Chesley Life Drawing sessions at Soulmates. Faye is a member of The Artists of the Hub, Markdale and area, and The Saugeen Artists’ Co-op, Hanover and area.
